Opus Leadership Group advises profit and non-profit boards on how to more effectively hold the CEO accountable, assist in his/her growth, and provide overall strategic direction. We work with selected board members, as well as the entire group, to better manage and direct the board itself, the CEO, and the organization for which they are responsible. While divergent points of view are extremely valuable, they also need to be managed so that internal conflicts over roles, strategies, compensation, or accountabilities do not escalate into subtle or overt conflict, thereby compromising the entire organization and its performance.
